3. Did you notice any overlap of careers?  Are there any job titles of interest which you saw listed on both inventories?  What were they?  Are you interested in those jobs?  Explain.I have noticed a little overlap in careers. Yes.  Music Teacher,( English) Teacher, Superintendent, Attorney, & Lawyer. Yes. Ive already thought about doing all of those careers & they all fit me pretty well I could see myself making a very successful & fulfilling career out of all of them.



4. Choose three most desirable careers to you.  What types of education and training are needed for your top three job choices?
Nurse, Entrepreneur, Lawyer, Designer, & Teacher. (Sorry couldn't pick 3) To be a nurse (RN to be exact) the minimum requirement(s) is to get an asscoiates or a bachelors degree. To be an Entrepreneur there is no specifics on what you have to do because some people do it without even getting a high school diploma. To be a lawyer I would have to get a bachelors degree & go to law school for 3 years. To be a Designer I would have to have a associates or bachelors degree. Lastly to be a teacher I would have to get a bachelors degree.



5. Outline a plan of how you will reach your career goal.  What steps can you take while still in high school to ensure that you can achieve your career goals? 
I can take electives/classes that have to do with what I want to do. I should also get an internship or part time job that has to do with what I want to do.

  5. What advice do you think Waltesrs Mitty would give a high school student regarding career planning? Work hard for what you want.
  6. Before we can aspire to a particular occupation, we must be able to visualize ourselves in that role. Using James Thurbers example, choose a career that is of interest to you & write dialogue that describes what one minute on the job would be like.   I want to be a nurse.
